Matthew Bullen, Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Owner of Liquid Raven Media and a graduate of Lancaster University’s Creative Writing Masters program, Matt founded Red Ogre Review. Aside from writing, he occasionally produces visual art. A sample portfolio is available on ArtPal. NFTs are available on OpenSea.
Laura J. Braverman, Editor
Laura’s first collection of poetry, Salt Water, was published in 2019 by Cosmographia Books. She earned her Masters in Creative Writing from Lancaster University. Her poems have appeared in Plume, Levure Litteraire, Sky Island Journal, and New Plains Review, among other journals, and in the anthology Awake in the World, II. She lives in Lebanon with her family.

Jon is a writer and one half of the multi-award winning theatre company Ridiculusmus.
Stephanie Hirtenstein, Editor
Stephanie is a graduate of Lancaster University’s Creative Writing Masters course. Often found staring out the window. Edits, writes, translates.
Julie Lancaster, Editor
A graduate at Lancaster University having completed the Creative Writing Masters degree, Julie’s poems have been published in Spring to Life and the Queenβs Diamond Jubilee. Julie has a neurological movement disorder and is intrigued by the art of writing. She has three grown-up children and lives with her mum who enjoys eating Rich Tea biscuits.
Maud Lavin, Editor
A Pushcart Prize nominee, Maud Lavin has published recently in Cowboy Jamboree, Paddler Press, Heimat Review, JAKE, and Roi Faineant, and earlier in The Nation, Harper’s Bazaar, and other venues. One of her books, CUT WITH THE KITCHEN KNIFE, was named a New York Times Notable Book. Her other books include PUSH COMES TO SHOVE and CLEAN NEW WORLD. As editor or co-editor she has published THE BUSINESS OF HOLIDAYS, THE OLDEST WE’VE EVER BEEN, and, with Ling Yang and Jing Jamie Zhao, BOYS' LOVE, COSPLAY, AND ANDROGYNOUS IDOLS (nominated for a Lambda). She lives in Chicago where she edits, writes, and runs the READINGS series in the South Loop. She is a Guggenheim Fellow.
Catherine Potter, Editor
Catherine graduated from Lancaster University with a Creative Writing Masters and is undertaking a Ph.D. at Aberdeen University. Catherine lives in Surrey, England with her husband, four sons and three cream cats. She is is old enough to no longer be ashamed to admit her hobbies are reading and writing and is particularly proud she’s never won anything in sports.
Kate Potter, Editor
Kate is a Creative Writing Masters graduate from Lancaster University. She lives in Hereford with her family and has a published collection of poems called We Are Motherhood.
