& the pilot light clicks / clicks / clicks its failed ignition, blue
absence where flame should live, should, conjugate –

Hamlet replied: Seen. the grocery list: eggs, bread,
the void Rilke kept warning about, oat milk (the angel
is terrifying; the angel is $7.49 at Trader Joe’s).

wyd?? nm. sitting w/ the leaking ceiling, its slow Morse:

& Persephone swipes right on Spring, then ghosts,
then winters the whole apartment, seeds stuck

John Brixter Tino is a son of a fisherman and is a person with disabilities. He was raised in Perez, Quezon, Philippines. He currently serves as a part-time instructor at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Literary and Cultural Studies. He was a recipient of the National Youth Achievement Award for Literary Arts conferred by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. His poems and essays have received recognition from notable literary institutions and award-giving bodies, including the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature.
