Mopping the Floor With Tequila

Sometimes you mop the floor with tequila,
accidentally, because that’s what you spilled,
and it’s probably better not to have partaken
of that, anyway, but it’s definitely
better not to waste.
Sometimes, that’s how the universe
talks to you, if you’ll listen.
And sometimes, you should be lapping it up
off the floor, because your intuitions
about the universe are completely wrong.
Sometimes, it’s hard to know, at a glance,
the difference between a crow and a raven.
