Artist’s Statement #

The Struggle is the second chapter of an ongoing work about love. Those photographs are an extract from this project.

The project consists of a sequences of photographs - photographic studies on the evolutions of desire.

It talks about all the effort that can exist within a creative act and within a loving act - about psychological striving.

And, somehow, it’s a work of demystification.

Through my perspective as a human and a photographer, it also tells a story about the model, G., a former actress and performance artist, and about her relationship to desire and creativity.
