Your access to and use of this site, and all other web properties and services run by Red Ogre Review, is at your own sole risk. By accessing this site and/or by sending content submissions to Red Ogre Review, you evidence your agreement to this list of terms and waive any claims against Liquid Raven Media, Red Ogre Review, Matthew Bullen, and Red Ogre Review’s editors, staff, volunteers, agents, assignees, etc.
Mature Content
This site contains mature content intended solely for consumption by adults of legal age. To be absolutely clear, you must be at least eighteen years of age to access this site and to send in content submissions. Users under the age of eighteen who violate these terms are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Digital Millenium Copyright Act
This site and its contents, including Red Ogre Review’s Mastodon platform at talk.ogre.red, are protected by Digital Millenium Copyright Act (17 US Code Β§ 512) safe harbor provisions. Liquid Raven Media will take down copyright-infringing material upon receipt of valid and compliant written notice provided to Matthew Bullen at info@ogre.red. Offenders will be banned and barred from accessing this site and from any associated services to the fullest extent legally, technically, and practically feasible.
User Tracking
To the best of Red Ogre Review and Matthew Bullen’s knowledge, this site’s code does not generate tracking cookies and does not use any third party code packages, such as Google Analytics, that track or store user data or legally-protected user information (for example, PII or HIPAA-protected data).

Credit for the open source programming code from which this site was built is owed to Henk Verlinde, with our gratitude and thanks. New site code created by Matthew Bullen is the exclusive property of the same.
IP Ownership
Red Ogre Review and its intellectual property are owned solely and in their entirety by Liquid Raven Media.
Content Submissions
Content submissions of any type to Red Ogre Review are conditioned on and evidence your agreement that in exchange for Liquid Raven Media and Red Ogre Review’s evaluation of your content submission for potential publication with Red Ogre Review and any affiliated publication outlets, you grant Liquid Raven Media and Red Ogre Review an unrestricted, transferable, and nonrevocable license to use the submission content on this site and in any reproduced, related or derivative materials, including social media channels operated by or affiliated with Liquid Raven Media and Red Ogre Review, without expectation of royalties, monetary, or otherwise valuable compensation, or the exercise of “natural rights” or “Moral Rights of Authors,” not otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing.
Legal Agreements
Only Liquid Raven Media and Matthew Bullen have the ability to enter into legally-binding agreements between third parties and Liquid Raven Media and/or Red Ogre Review. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing, Red Ogre Review’s editors, staff, volunteers, agents, assignees, etc., categorically cannot do so. Any representations to the contrary by the same are on their face null and void.
Support Us
Excluding any legally or contractually-required fees or obligations to third parties, etc., donations made to Red Ogre Review via Duosuma, Flipcause, Givebacks, PayPal, Submittable, and our cryptocurrency wallet are the sole property of Liquid Raven Media and, as voluntary donations made without out any expectation of return, are not refundable. Likewise, donations made to Red Ogre Review contributors via PayPal are not refundable. These donations may or may not be tax deductible or otherwise provide a beneficial tax outcome to the donor. Purchases made through Red Ogre Review’s AbeBooks affiliate account, Amazon, Apple Books, Blurb, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, or Etsy are generally presumed not to be tax deductible donations.
Taxes
Any tax or other legal obligations related to donations and purchases are the sole responsibility of the individual or entity making the donation(s) and/or purchase(s). Red Ogre Review, Liquid Raven Media, and Matthew Bullen are unable to provide tax or legal advice regarding the above purchases or donations (or for any other matter); if need be, consult with an appropriate professional.
